About me

Keith Metz grew up in New Port Richey, FL. He received his B.S. in Political Science at the University of Central Florida and went on to earn his Juris Doctor degree from the Charlotte School of Law.

While in college at the University of Central Florida, Keith worked full time at Sam’s Club in the tire and battery department.  Growing up, Keith idolized Michael Jordan and always wanted to move to North Carolina to follow in MJ’s footsteps.

Keith resides in Mecklenburg County, where he has been since 2011, when he moved to Charlotte for law school.  He opened his own practice after working for Safe Alliance, where he represented victims of domestic violence and helped them receive 50B protective orders. During his third year in law school, Keith interned with the Union County District Attorney’s office
